Milestones of our company's development, told through our website.
On September 1, 2011, Nico Hagen and Timo Triebsch founded HAGEN+TRIEBSCH GmbH - with a clear idea: to offer our clients first-class IT services, combined with a family-friendly way of working and genuine enjoyment of the job. That same month, we hired our first apprentice.
Our core business consisted of websites, TYPO3, PHP applications (Hypertext Preprocessor) and project management services. Training young talent mattered to us from the start - our apprentices became permanent team members, and our team was born.
Driven by the market and our customers, we consistently aligned ourselves with the Microsoft technology stack and relied on it exclusively for new projects. From then on, most of our solutions were built as web applications.
With Mr. Hagen's departure, HAGEN+TRIEBSCH became a pure family business run by the Triebsch family. Introducing holacracy noticeably strengthened our employees' sense of ownership. We successfully established our newly developed "Support for Educational Institutions" concept in the Hamburg market. SAP support and SAP programming expanded our offering - and we developed step by step into a full-service IT provider.
With Kevin Greßmann's appointment as an additional managing director, we significantly expanded our "Cloud & Modern Workplace" and "Managed IT Services" divisions. Numerous partnerships in hardware and software made us a true full-service provider. Certification to VdS 10000 now demonstrates our professional and secure way of working.
