DevOps Engineer (m/w/d)

You keep our clients' systems running — from Microsoft Azure to Microsoft 365 to virtualized server landscapes. Instead of fire drills, you rely on proactive monitoring, clean processes, and genuine operational ownership. "Development meets operations" is lived reality here.
Your tasks
- Administration, monitoring, and operational management of IT and cloud environments
- Server maintenance, virtualization, and backup & recovery
- Managing network, printer, and telecommunications systems
- Handling 2nd level support tickets and service requests
- Coordinating incidents through to resolution — in close alignment with clients and colleagues
- Creating instructions for 1st level support and contributing to the service catalog
What you bring
- Completed training (e.g. as an IT specialist in system integration) or comparable hands-on experience — career changers with relevant know-how are welcome too
- Experience with Windows Server and the Microsoft ecosystem; Azure/Microsoft 365 knowledge is a plus
- Structured, reliable way of working and a strong sense of ownership
- Very good German and good English skills
