In your apprenticeship, you'll support our clients' real systems from day one and learn modern IT operations in a Microsoft environment from the ground up. Personal mentoring and real projects instead of an off-the-shelf apprenticeship.
Your apprenticeship with us
- Setting up, configuring, and operating IT systems and networks
- Contributing to day-to-day operations: administration, monitoring, and support
- Insight into Microsoft 365, Azure, and server/network technology
- A dedicated apprenticeship mentor will support you throughout your training
What you should bring
- Intermediate school-leaving certificate or (technical) A-levels
- Interest in technology and networks, plus a careful, reliable way of working
- Enjoyment of working with people and team spirit
- Good German and solid English skills
