Do you also support individual areas, such as Exchange Online only?

Yes. We're happy to take on clearly defined parts of your Microsoft cloud environment - such as just Exchange Online, SharePoint, or device management - even if you already have an internal IT team.

Do you carry out migrations from on-premises to Microsoft 365?

Yes. We accompany migrations from the initial assessment through the permission concept to stable operations - including mail, file, and file server migration to SharePoint and OneDrive.

How do you ensure no data is lost and operations continue during the migration?

We migrate in a structured way and in coordinated waves, back up your data beforehand, and test every step. We schedule the cutover together outside your core business hours - keeping downtime to a minimum.

Does our data stay in the EU and get hosted in compliance with data protection law?

Yes. We rely on European Azure and Microsoft 365 regions and set up your environment in a data-protection-compliant way. On request, we also support the technical and organizational measures required under Art. 32 GDPR.

Do you also take over ongoing operations after the migration?

Yes. Many customers have us permanently administer their environment - with a dedicated contact person, monitoring, license optimization, and regular security updates.
